a decent stay with a few drawbacks
wonderful viewsgood musicdismissive staffold room
i really liked the restaurant and bar. it sat on the 41st floor and had good music. the views across the harbour were wonderful, so that was a plus for me
the concierge staff seemed dismissive to queries. it reminded me of they could not be bothered with questions. also, the room felt old and dark. i think it looked better before or in the photos

maria at the check-in desk gave me information. it included details about public transport and nearby restaurants. the concierge staffs did a great job to take care of requests and services, too. i chose this hotel because of a great view with a reasonable price.
when i entered the hotel, concierge guided me. i went to the only receptionist that was not dealing with anyone. it took him around 30 seconds to look at me, then he said 'go back, i am waiting for a group! '. the room was not ready at 3pm, this is unacceptable, especially when i was coming from overseas.

the room provided fine views. the circular bathtub was a good feature. i really enjoyed having alma taking care of us during afternoon tea and cocktail hour. It was a pleasant addition to our package.
the gym lacked variety in its equipment.
